This is a performance by Master Sken (Muay Thai) and his student, Sandy Holt. It was recorded at a Budo Galla in Oslo, Norway on Nov. 7th 1993.

Back in 2003 we were asked to do a small demo at local Fashion Show in Trysil, Norway. We gathered some of the guys and kids at training, and made this 5 minutes show.
Please be aware that several of the kids performing are beginners, so this is not a "perfect technique" - demo. It was only made for fun and entertainment. Thats it.

This is my version of the Swimming Dragon Qigong set. I find it to be a very nice exercise, especially for loosening up the spine, and it also work the intestines and inner organs extremely good!

November 7th 1993 was the date for a big Budo Galla in Oslo, Norway. Lots of styles were presented, including Tae Kwon Do, Bihn Dihn, Muay Thai, Aikido, Kung Fu, Pentjak Silat, Sho Shin Do, Jujutsu etc.
