Live from an outdoor concert in 1970. Sandy Denny is already gone and Richard Thompson would soon leave. Still, this is a very beautiful song and music clip.
Rare, earliest performance of this great band with original vocalist Judy Dyble. She would soon be replaced by Sandy Denny. Judy was very underrated! This song though has Ian Matthews on lead vocals. Richard Thompson, Ashley Hutchings, Simon Nicol, and Martin Lamble are the other members during this time.
Lovely ballad sung by the beautiful Sonja Kristina. Curved Air were a UK Prog band but this clip mostly features their singer. This is from a Belgian music program.
This is the color video different from the b&w version. Song was also known as GrocerJack. Keith was lead singer for the Uk Psych band "Tomorrow" with Steve Howe and drummer Twink. This was is solo hit.
Don't know much about Kenny Rankin. I think he was popular in the 70s as a singer/songwriter. This is an early appearance doing Fred Neil's "The Dolphins".
The all girl Pandoras were one of the best garage/psych bands ever. This song is the title track and the poppiest song they ever recorded. Leader Paula Pierce died in 1991. KROQ DJ Rodney Birgerheiner (Rodney on the Roq) introduces the video.
You don't see many jugbands on tv these days! Probably not many in the 60s either. This bunch was notable for having a young Maria Muldaur in the group. She's not on this song but shows up in another song afterward. Great to hear a song about getting high on TV!
